My top picks for winter coats

I might not be the biggest fan of winter, but I do love a good coat or two. Coats are most definitely my favourite buys over the colder months and I believe that you can never have too many!

The beauty of a coat is that it’s not only functional in the fact it keeps you warm (sometimes dry), but it also is the staple part of your wardrobe for many months. You need to love your coat, because you’re going to be spending a lot of time in it when outdoors. Simply Be have a great variety of coats in this winter and here are some of my favourites:

I’m a huge fan of the teddy coat this year and I recently bought a cream one. They’re super cosy and they look great with most outfits, dressed up or down.  I particularly love the pink shade of this one and there is also a baby blue colour too.

This faux fur coat adds a bit of the glam factor and is ideal for evenings out. I particularly like the pearl embellishments too as it makes it a little more unusual.

We all know that leopard print is a big thing this year and it’s entirely down to personal preference as to how you wear it, as long as you do! I have some leopard print boots that I always feel really dressy in when I wear them and because they’re boots, they’re less ‘understated’. However, I do think that this coat would look fabulous on and it certainly ticks all the boxes for being on trend.

You have teddy coats and then you have oversized teddy coats. This just looks so warm and a great length for keeping out the cold when it’s really nippy outside.

When other styles of coats come and go, a parka is always a coat that I wear every year without fail. They’re practical and I don’t know many people that don’t own one.  I always opt for a large furry hood and I like how this one has a pop of orange on the hood and the classic orange lining that parka’s originally had when they came out.

Do you have your favourite coats this season?
