About Me

Hello there and welcome to my blog 🙂

You might have guessed that I’m called Hannah but I’d still like to introduce myself. I’m a lifestyle blogger with a love for travel, interiors, fashion and filming family life with my husband and children.

This blog originally started way back in 2011 when I thought it might be a good idea to dip my toe into the world of blogging.  As a mum to one, I started out as a ‘mummy blogger’ with a rather predictable name – Mummy and the Beasties. It was my faithful old blog and continued to bob along when I had a further two children.

Fast forward five years later and I felt ready to change my name to something that I hope will stand the test of time and will evolve with my family. I’m Hannah and I’ll always have something to do next!

I’d have never imagined that this journey would lead to where it has now. Blogging grabs you by the horns and doesn’t let go but I wouldn’t have it any other way. So much so that my husband, Alex, is now very much part of this crazy world and does me proud with his videos on his YouTube channel What Alex Did.

Two years ago we relocated to Norfolk with our three children Elliot, Tobias and Georgie and are loving living in such a wonderful part of the UK.

When I’m not with my children, I work part time as a nurse and have done so for ten years. When I’ve not got my professional hat on, then I love to write, take photographs and help make videos. I’m also finding my style more and gaining more confidence now I’ve hit my forties, so fashion is mainly what you’ll see on my Instagram feed.

We are always striving to find the right balance for our family and provide the best possible future for our precious boys and little girl. We have big ideas and goals and slowly but surely, things are beginning to come to something. I believe you can do anything that you set your mind to.

We have experienced some incredible trips in the last year and none of this would have been possible without working alongside TUI, where we created content for their promotional use. You can see these collaborations on the Featured In tab and by also visiting What Alex Did on You Tube.

If you’re a new reader or old, then thank you for stopping by. If you want to get in touch for anything at all then please email me at hello@whathannahdidnext.co.uk or find me on my social media channels.
