I’ve owned a couple of beautiful aden+anais muslins since I’ve had my children and they’ve always been my luxury ones that I liked to save for special occasions. You know, not just your average plain muslin that is there to mop up accidents when your baby is still small but one that has a gorgeous pattern and is generous in size.
Georgie was lucky to receive her very own aden+anais dream blanket as we didn’t buy her one as a baby. I chose a pattern based on the colours, but I love that this one features Bambi too.
Neither of my boys had comforters of any kind and just didn’t have the need for carrying things around or having something to aid sleep. However, Georgie is very different and she likes to feel soft fabrics in her hands and something to rub her face against (which is exactly like me!). She’s particular about what type of ‘blanquet’ (according to her) she has for nap time and bed time, so I knew that a dream blanket would be absolutely perfect for her.
It’s made with four layers of 100% cotton muslin and I chose one from the Disney range which features Bambi. Although she isn’t into Disney films at the moment, I knew that she will undoubtedly love the design at some point and the colours are so pretty.
Size wise it’s plenty big enough to cover a toddler and adult and measures 120cm by 120cm.
It’s really handy too that these come pre-washed so are ready to use straight from the box!
What I love about their products is that they get softer with use and after every wash. They’re completely machine washable too.
Get a blanket for your baby and you will get so much use out of it through until their toddler years and beyond.
It can be used to for tummy time time when they’re a baby and used for cuddling up in when they’re much bigger and a toddler.
Nb. We were sent this blanket for the purpose of the review but all views and opinions are entirely our own.
