This week I have some different items to show rather than the usual dresses. Okay so it might feel very summery for now but all too soon it’ll start to get nippy and bare legs will get rather chilly.
It might be time to put the White Dresses and Denim Shorts away in favour of trousers and Black Dresses. Not forgetting colourful dresses like I featured in my last post of course, even it does have some backless numbers – that’s what coats are for.
These peach coloured joggers are probably the comfiest pair I’ve ever owned! They’re over sized so you instantly know that they’re going to have plenty of room to move in and they’re super soft to boot. Being cuffed at the ankle means that they’re easier to wear with shoes of your choice and they come with a cord inside the waistband if you need to adjust them. The fleece lining makes them so cosy!
You can style them with a simple t-shirt or hoody for that laid back look, or you can make them a more dressy affair with a detailed top and some wedges or heels.
In contrast to comfy bottoms, these smart black trousers will give you a going out look for the evenings. They’re high waisted with pleats down both legs and splits to the shins, which adds a more interesting look to them.
They’re also a great pair to wear to the office so that you can instantly transition your outfit from a day to night outfit by changing up your shoes to show off the splits. Switch out your work top to something more suitable for going out for the evening and you have trousers that you don’t need to change.
