Jumpsuit Vibes with Femme Luxe

Ever feel like we’re getting all of the seasons in one day at the moment? It feels like you need an outfit for every eventuality, come rain or shine! I mentioned in my last post, that I’m not ready to say goodbye to summer just yet…well at least not until September arrives.

However, here I bring you some autumnal vibes in the form of a mustard yellow jumpsuit. It most definitely has a seventies look about it and the bold colour is most certainly striking. The length of the trousers come up quite long (which trousers don’t usually on me), so this is an outfit that is best worn with heels – or in my case wedges.

I knew my my beloved yellow wedges would come in handy some day and why not go all out with the colour is you’re going for a loud shade.  Jumpsuits are generally quite flattering and comfortable to wear (if not a tad annoying when you need the loo), so start with a black one and move onto some colour if you think they suit you.

If you usually play it safe with Black Dresses then I’d always say that a black co-ord is a good option if you want to wear something a little different. This black bustier top goes well with this black shirt, as a two piece and also as one piece look. The top can be worn with skirts or trousers. Faux leather trousers or leggings would also look great and create a streamlined look that isn’t as restrictive as a one piece jumpsuit, but gives the illusion of it being one.

As I love a co-ord, this white skirt is out again, which incidentally goes well with my yellow wedges (that I’d forgotten all about in the back of my wardrobe. If it’s not a white skirt then I love White Dresses to go with bold statement accessories. This floral top would also look great with a pair of jeans or Denim Shorts for those warmer days.
