It’s so nearly December now and we’re heading towards really wintery weather! It still feels quite mild at points but it won’t be long before the temperatures really drop. In my last post it was all about the autumn vibes, but although these picks are by no means designed to keep you warm, they are perfect was wearing under huge winter coats. These white dresses are white for winter as well as all year round.
This is a simple body con style with a slight twist. The ruched fabric makes the dress more streamlined and fitted and the chiffon sleeves, serve no purpose but to just add a little extra detail to the dress to make it more interesting.
The balloon sleeves make the dress seem less naked if you know what I mean. It’s like with black dresses sometimes you need something a little extra to add to it.
If you dare to bare more flesh and don’t mind your midriff on show, then this style with ring loops adds a new dimension and the second hoop gives a little more coverage to your tummy area. This dress is something that can be worn in the height of summer but also is a great choice in the winter for those nights out – when you do take a coat! (brrr). It’s as versatile as a pair of denim shorts!.
Once again, this one is ruched at the back to give a more flattering bit, especially around the bottom.
Moving onto warmer wear, this lounge set is a cosy as they come. The soft knit feels super comfy to wear and it’s loose enough to feel like loungewear, but also fitted enough to make it feel more dressy.
The legs are slim and taper at the bottom with cuffs – I love cuffs on joggers!
Wear with some heels or throw on your trainers for a casual look.
