Ruching and pastel with Femme Luxe

If you’ve followed any of my posts you will know that I’ve worn a few white dresses over the past few months and this one covers a bit more flesh than the rest. Yet again it features ruching but is a much more modest dress with long sleeves and being midi length. This would go really nicely with a blazer and some boots to keep warmer during the winter. If you’re slightly conscious of how figure hugging the dress is, then you don’t need to worry as the ruching detail makes it’s extremely flattering and forgiving.

It’s all about the ruching detail with the dresses I’m wearing here and this black dress is exactly the same as the hot pink number I wore the other week (the Christmas party contender!). It’s a simple understated design that looks the part with the ruched back seam and of course can be another choice for that festive do as part of my collection of black dresses!

Since the pandemic and the multiple lockdowns, I am rather partial to being in comfortable clothes at home and living in joggers (it’s definitely time now to pack away the denim shorts).  They’re a step up from pyjama bottoms and much more respectable to answer the door in! I ordered this pastel green pair not realising that they were actually mint coloured, which of course is my favourite colour…

They’re exactly the same as the coral coloured pair that I wore in this post. They are seriously my favourite EVER joggers, so having two pairs in gorgeous colours is a bonus. Oversize for the win here. They’re so soft and come in such pretty shades, what’s not to love?
