We’re a good way through January now, yay! However, it’s still pretty cold even on days where we have sunshine. After wearing a coat for months, I get so fed up with wearing a big heavy coat all of the time and have always preferred to have my arms more free.
I was recently sent this faux fur gilet from Cari’s Closet to style for the season. I instantly loved the grey shade of this one but they have a few colours to choose from.
It’s so super soft and this shade of grey works really well with my wardrobe. As this one is quite a long line one, it adds some extra warmth and means that it works well for that transitional period between winter and spring, when it’s still nippy outside.
It’s warm enough to keep your body nice and warm but it’s not as restrictive as a coat.
I teamed the gilet with a black long sleeved jumper, wet look leggings and some biker boots for a coordinated look but I know that it will go with lots of my things.
The gilet’s are currently in their sale in the moment, so it’s worth taking a look.
